Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

Refund must be requested in writing by contacting
Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. (Non Warranty Buyers)

The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in MultiTrek sole, reasonable discretion.

 Unless you purchase our warranty. Which Is Only $14.95 you will not be able to refund your MultiTrek just because it is worn out. Or you feel like you need a new one.
